You have the right to request the deletion of your data. Below, you can find a step by step guide on how to delete your TruckersMP account.

Please note that the deletion of your account is permanent and can not be reverted.

Data which will be deleted:

• Your account
• Feedback tickets
• Recruitment applications
• Editing logs related to your account
• Game server logs will be deleted after a while

Data that will remain:

• Bans
• Appeals
• Reports

We collect and use certain information when accessing and using services provided by TruckersMP. All the data that we collect can be found in our Privacy Policy, under paragraph 2 "What we collect’’.

Step by step guide

1. Sign in to your account.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Click on the Account Settings tab.

4. Scroll down to the Account Deletion section, and click the link in that section if you are absolutely sure you want to proceed.

5. Answer the simple calculation and provide your password for security reasons.

6. Confirm the alert in your browser to continue.

You have now deleted your account and your data. This is permanent and can not be reverted. If you realize now that you didn't plan to delete your account, you can create a new account by registering again after 14 days.
